Celebrate the Big Game, Roadhouse Style

No matter who you're cheering for this Sunday, you can't deny that food and beer is what makes the Big Game a national holiday. Whether you're an Eagles fan, Patriots diehard or you're just there to watch the halftime show, we all know that it's really about getting together to feast on delicious food and wash it all down with a tasty beer.
Chef Gavin pulled together two classic recipes that pair perfectly with football and Roadhouse beers. Check out the recipes, grab a 6-pack and enjoy the game!

Cheese and Bovine + Swine Chorizo Dip
Combine in Crock Pot:
- 1 lb Cheddar
- 1/2 lb Provolone
- 1/4 lb Parmesan
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Onion
- 4 Jalapeños
Cook for 20 minutes, until creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste
In separate pan, cook ground chorizo or Bovine + Swine Andoullie for 10 minutes. Add to crock pot and enjoy!

Baked Chicken Wings
- Thaw chicken wings
- Put in brine of apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper
- Submerge overnight
- Take out in the morning and rinse with water
- Add salt & pepper to taste and drizzle with EVOO
Place in oven at 300 for 20 minutes. Take out and let sit while you make the sauce
Sauce:
- 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 jar of Durkees wings sauce
- Combine all in sautee pan and bring to boil
Put wings in 450 oven for 7 minutes. Toss wings in sauce and go to town!
